If you are a fashion freak like me, and you sleep at night thinking of what you’re going to wear the next day, then you’ll surely realize that you have developed a style of your own. It becomes natural to hear your girlfriends tell you things like: “this is REALLY your style!”.

The same applies to stars. Did you ever think during one of your shopping sprees ” Wow, this scarf is SO Nicole Richie!” or ” These jeans are really Charlotte Gainsbourg!” ?

How do we know that a celebrity made it the the “fashion icon” status?

I think it takes the following three steps:

1. Being recognized publicly for our look
2. The new generation copies your look in tribute to your good taste
3. Mattel creates a Barbie Doll of you.

These are my TOP 5 sacred fashion monsters:

TOP 1: Jackie Kennedy, who inspired France’s first Lady Carla Burni-Sarkozy
